On Sunday 14th August 2005 at 10am we will be holding the next Somerville Enterprise day. There has been much activity in the back ground and this will be the opportunity to float out some ideas and bring everyone up to speed with where things are at on the Enterprise front.
The
Core Enterprise Group is now in operation. The current members of
this group are Paul Antonelli, Vida Carlino, Robin Garbutt, Helmut
Hilz, Andrea Ling, Sarah Robertson and Angela Williamson. This group
is now working towards defining it's role and the future direction
of Enterprise at Somerville. As you can imagine there is no
templates which we can can lean on!
The
purpose of the day is to:
1.
Discuss and review the updated Somerville Economic and Enterprise
Strategic Plan. This will be issued as part of the back ground
reading a week before the day.
2.
Outline the steps and flow ahead for getting enterprises happening
at Somerville
3.
Discuss and review the "Enterprise at Somerville Information Pack" -
which will be issued as part of the back ground reading
4. Hear
about where your enterprise and business idea is at - and what you
are planning
5. Look
at timings and when what is expected to happen when over the next
couple of years
6. Of
course eat some good food and enjoy some great company - as usual!
