Somerville Ecovillage Fence
sitter
then there is some important information that you need to be
aware of. We have extended the date at which you can join Somerville
as a pioneer. This date has been set for the 15th August 2005.
Contrary to popular belief there is still the scope for more
families to join Somerville.
There are two key benefits to being a Somerville Pioneer:
As a pioneer not
only will you save thousands when you purchase a lot but you will
have the opportunity to customise what you lot looks like, within
certain parameters.
These are two very
important reasons to consider if you are planning to be part of
Somerville. If you choose to provide funds to secure your priority
to purchase a lot at Somerville by the 15th August 2005, you
will have a final opportunity towards the end of this year to decide
whether you proceed or not - without any cost to you. It is
envisaged that by the end of the year we will have key information
finalised which you will require prior to committing to purchasing a

We have had many
Fence Sitters Surveys completed and as promised will be holding a
"Fence sitters Information Evening"
to specifically address the
common questions and key concerns, as well as provide you with the
opportunity to develop clarity on some of your unanswered
questions.
At this
Information Evening we will also be sharing information about Paul
Antonelli's global ecovillage tour and what it means for the future
of Somerville.
